Resharper 2.0 now released - level 000

Resharper 2.0 is finally released.  I've been using the beta of 2.0 for a while, and I used v1.5 on VS 2003, and it enhances productivity a lot.  One of the simplest things that I couldn't live without is rename.  If I rename a class property that is used throughout my solution, it's done instantly.  Without an autorename, I'm left with search and replace, a time-consuming affair.

Check it out!!!  They have a 30-day trial.  Read the docs and get familiar with the keyboard shortcuts.

You can see the list of new features at:

You're left with a 'search and replace'? What about Refactor -> Rename in 2005?

David,
Yes, in 2005 there is a Rename but not in VS 2003.

In VS 2005, I use Resharper rename.  The refactoring in VS 2005 is very poor.  If I try to rename a local variable inside a private method of a class, a dialog pops up scanning the entire solution, and I have to stop working and wait for it.  I don't know why anything outside the method needs to be looked at to rename a local variable (since it can't be accessed out side of that method).  I can't work with behavior like that, so it's a non-feature for me.

Resharper _gets_ refactoring.  There are keyboard shortcuts for everything, so I rarely have to take my hands off the keyboard and go for the mouse.  It's not just refactoring either.  When writing code and jumping around my solutiong, Resharper speeds me up.
